We welcome administrators and managers of WWW sites to place a link on their site back to the Westcon Group Home Page. However, to do this we require you to use the following Westcon Group' standard icon.

Westcon Group provides the above icon for use by World Wide Web sites wishing to make a link to the Westcon Group Home Page.

To use this icon, you must agree with the following Guidelines and Conditions, and be authorised by Westcon Group to do so.

To seek authorisation, you must fill in the Westcon Group' Icon Usage Authorisation Request Form at the bottom of this page, print it out, and fax a signed copy back to Westcon Group on +61 2 9436 1936.

Westcon Group Icon Usage Guidelines and Conditions

Westcon Group reserves the right to change the Icon and these Usage Guidelines and Conditions at any time and solely at its discretion. If possible, Westcon Group will provide advanced notice of these changes. If you have any questions, please send us an email.

Westcon Group' Icon

Westcon Group' Icon is the Westcon Group Logo. This is a very important and valuable trademark which is owned by Westcon Group limited in New Zealand. It is also the subject of trade mark rights in many overseas countries. Nothing in this Agreement will vest in you any rights or interest in the Westcon Group Logo.

Use of any other Westcon Group icons, trade marks, logos or proprietary graphics.

The Westcon Group Icon is the only Westcon Group Icon which may be used on external non-Westcon Group WWW sites.

Authorised Artwork for the Icon

Use only the Westcon Group authorised electronic artwork of the Westcon Group Icon. Each Icon must stand by itself and must include an appropriate amount of empty space surrounding the icon so as to separate it from any other object, such as type, photography, borders, edges, other icons and so on. The Westcon Group Icon must not be used as a feature or design element of or be incorporated in part or whole in any other icon or graphic.

Alterations to the Westcon Group Icon

The Icon must only be used in the form in which it is provided and in particular, in the size, shape and colours in which it is provided. You must not alter, amend redraw, distort, animate or tamper with the Icon in any way.

Prominence of the Icons

Positioning of the icons is at the discretion of the WWW publisher of the site. However, no other icon, person or entity shall appear in close proximity to the Icon. The Icon must not be used in a manner which gives the impression or represents that any person, organisation or event is in any way related to or sponsored by or affiliated with Westcon Group limited.

Imitation of the Icon

Except as provided in this Agreement you may not imitate, copy or reproduce the Westcon Group Icon in any form whatsoever.

References to Westcon Group

You agree that you will not disparage Westcon Group, its products, or its services.

Internet Access Rules for Sites

All sites situated on, or requiring a link from or to the Westcon Group website must be compliant with the following Internet Access Rule.

The WWW site must ensure that it does not contain any material which will subject Westcon Group to an action for defamation and is not in conformity with accepted standards of public decency and good taste.

Review of the Use of the Icon by other sites

Westcon Group reserves the right to review your use of the Icon. All third Parties must correct any deficiencies in their use of the icon upon Reasonable notice from Westcon Group. Refusal to correct such deficiencies could result in Westcon Group stating that you no longer use the icon with our permission and you may be requested to stop using them. Westcon Group reserves the right to request the removal of the Icon at any time. Failure to comply with such a request may result in legal proceedings being commenced against you.
